Honoring Donors and Their Legacies of Hope

Lifeline of Ohio created Tributes of Hope to remember the lives and legacies of our donor heroes and heroes in spirit. We honor those who selflessly became an organ, eye and/or tissue donor. They gave the ultimate gift; the chance for others to live, see, and heal. We also honor heroes in spirit who generously said “yes” to donation but were unable to give.

Behind every donor and hero in spirit is a story of a special person who is remembered and cherished by their family and friends. A story of courage, compassion, love and above all, generosity. Their legacy continues through the memories shared about them. Our hope is that these tributes will serve as a reminder that through the act of donation, something meaningful endures. We invite you to learn about each of these incredible people by reading their tribute pages.
