Honoring the life of River Alex Richards

River was a friendly, loving, and caring son, brother and friend to many.  His personal journey through his all-too-brief life, molded him into a caring and compassionate friend, always willing to listen and help. River enjoyed travel and dining but his love of music was his passion. He played several instruments and loved to listen all genres of music, attending several shows in Columbus, both large and small. He loved performing live and was always in search for fellow musicians to jam with or discuss the possibility of forming a band. River had aspirations of becoming a music teacher and wanted to see young children embrace music as he had. His compassion for others is evident in him becoming a hero and donating his liver and both kidneys, along with tissue, so others could have another chance for life. River is still loved and missed immensely every day by his family and friends but continues to live in our hearts.
